Forys telegram sent should of course go to the Ben Office. I do not go into the points of detail raised in the letter from the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in 49333, as we shall no doubt receive the Governor's comments in due

course. The question about the removal of the interned enemies to Australia gives rise to differert considera- tions from the rest of the letter, and the Department may wish to give this part of the letter separate con- sideration.
